´´Oh, thank you, like to say thanks once again for coming out to our shows here....this has been a lovely summer for us in the band, you know, and uh....this is kind of where I make my little public service announcements....we´ve got all kinds of people coming to our show, people of all different kinds of political beliefs, that´s what we like and welcome everybody ....and uh, there´s been a lot of questions recently about fortrightness of our government and uh, playing with the truth during the war times has been a part of both Democratic and Republican administrations in the past and it´s always wrong, especially when the lives of our sons and our daughters are on the line....and I lived through it once.....so, you know, you don´t feeling like living through it again, I think the question of whether we were, uh.... misled to the war in Iraq isn´t really a liberal or a consertive question but it´s an American question and protecting of the democracy that we ask our sons and our daughters to die for is our sacred trust....and demanding accountability from our leaders is our job as citizens.... that´s the American way so may the truth will out, I wanna send this out tonight as a prayer for the safety and the safe return of our sons and daughters from Iraq, for the peace of the Iraqi people, this is ´Land of Hope and Dreams´..... ”
