´´Baby, I remember you....little girl, I....I remember you....and
I know you remember me too....you were standing on the corner....standing on
the corner....of Richmond Avenue....and you had your hair up high and that look
in your eye at every boy that was passing you by.... and back then I swore....baby,
I swore....that I´d drive all night....that I´d drive all night....
that I´d drive all night....that I´d drive all night long....anytime
anyplace....anywhere just to buy you some shoes.....and to taste your tender
charms....to have you hold me in your arms .....and for just one kiss.....girl.....just
one kiss.....baby, just one kiss and a look from your sad eyes.....a look from
your sad eyes.....you had such lonely, sad eyes....and the tears come falling
down....like the rain come falling down.....and me, baby, I played your fool,
yes I did, yes I did, baby, I was your fool.....I thought that I could stop
some of your crying.....that I could stop some of your crying, that I could
stop some of your crying, that I could stop some of your crying.....but I didn´t
know....that baby´d been lying, didn´t you now ? baby, you´d
been lying, weren´t you now ? baby, you´d been lying, weren´t
you ? baby, you´d been lying ....and now you´re back.....so now
you´ve come back, so now you´ve come back.....well, baby I´m
back too.....and I found out.....I found out.....we´ve got to stop, little
girl, you´ve got to stop, little girl, you´ve got to stop, little
girl, you´ve got to stop, little girl, you´ve got to stop, little
girl, you´ve got to stop, little girl, you´ve got to stop, stop,
stop, stop, STOP....´´
