(cheers)(chuckles) oh, thanks for being a part of our rehearsal (?) thank you, oh man (?)(chuckles) we had a, we had a few, uh, ´Producer´-like moments up here tonight but (chuckles) some Brooks-ian moments (chuckles) oh…I wanna say we have just had a great day in Asbury Park….we really had, uh, so much fun today, you know, and so great to see everybody on the beach this morning….there were people surfing, there were people surfing off the point here in Asbury, couldn’t believe it….that was great, great, good to see all that life out there, I also wanna thank the fans did a great thing this morning, ´course there was a big mess on the beach but before they left, they actually helped the Park’s department clean it up, let´s hear it for those folks….a very responsible thing to do….oh damn, anyway, we´re here tonight, thanks for coming out and helping us get our show, our show together and, uh, have the rehearsal going ….these, uh, these shows are, outside of being a lot of fun, they´re really helpful to the band and, uh, not get everything right of course but, uh, the guys, they really can use the work, you know (chuckles) anyway, we´re here tonight for a couple of people, we´re gonna help out the (?) Community Development (?) that´s the strategic (?) area rebuilding (?) is the Reverend Carl Hunter and a dedicated group of Westside Asbury Park residents who are training themselves to become leaders in the restoration of Asbury´s long-neglected Westside….that´s an essential, essential, essential part of the redevelopment of Asbury Park, an essential, essential part so we´re glad to be giving those folks a hand tonight, we wish them all the best and thank you for helping them out….and uh….also, uh, we´re here tonight for the, uh, the, uh, Hope Academy Charter School who….we also did some work for the Hope for Christmas holidays, they got a great charter school here in town, it´s going pretty well and you folks coming out tonight give them a hand too so thank you very much, give yourselves a hand….and, uh, this is a prayer for my, uh, adopted hometown, Asbury….´´
