Some of the single sleeve or box set releases have a wrap with the front and back cover in one piece - in some cases these were cut to form an insert (sometimes badly) on each side. The wrap was glued on in some cases as well.

Cover states stereo broadcast - it's audience. Lots of copies of this actually have the records to Dancing In Dublin in them.

Poor quality of original insert made this look bad even when brand new. Amusingly, also seen these with a sticker added later advising "certified collectors edition". Yeah, right.
