Release C unknown label or matrix (probably same plates) - different B&W or yellow & black wrap insert cover - black vinyl
Release D - Matrix RFC110 - single insert (different) of various colours - Black Vinyl - Blank Labels (recently confirmed that this is the same matrix)
Release E - unknown label or matrix - different insert - black vinyl (this insert slip was used for a few different releases - title was written onto the insert) - probably just the same records repacked.

Also copies with insert, photocopied insert or stamped liner cover - really bad ones - which appear to be a single disc (side 3/4 of the original) only.
